The pulse of the electric motion force to the amplifier is supplied to a 15-speed potentiometer, which can be injected with control relay associated with a tachometric generator. If the speed is small (0, 3 m/s), the impulse without any weakening is filed to an amplifier-registering device. When the speed increases, the impulse is accordingly weakened. The work gives a different, much more simple compensation scheme. If the defectographer does not have a compensation device, then it should be equipped with a device for measuring the rope speed. In this case, the relevant marks should be applied directly on the diagram. If the movement of the diagram is synchronized with the movement of the rope, then to determine the speed, it is enough to apply a time mark on the graph, for example, after 1 or 1/2 s. If the movement of the tape and rope is not synchronized, at a constant speed of the tape, you can get sufficient information about the speed of the rope using the above gap of the length of the rope on the tape. The MD-6 defector has a two-stage lamp amplifier and a registering device specially designed for the control of ropes. The dimensions of the measuring registration block are relatively very small: the unit is placed in the housing with dimensions 310 x 230 x 200 mm. At the same time, the device is equipped with devices for direct recording, synchronization of the movement of the lepta and rope and compensation for changing channel speeds. Thanks to this, the device provides high -quality rope control. The sensitivity of a flaw detector is set using a switch to the size of 1, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, 1/16 and 1/32 of the maximum sensitivity of the apparatus. Such stepped adjustment is achieved by weakening the input pulse using a potentiometer installed in front of the amplifier.
