Carrying out repairs in any of the selected premises is often accompanied by the execution of partitions and structures, using drywall. But not everyone knows that its installation is performed using a special technology. It is in it that the individual processes and the required elements are included in it. Squeezing sequence of drywall sheets
To carry out reliable fastening of drywall sheets, it is worth considering the performance of a certain sequence of actions, namely:
— determination of the parameters of the partition being built;
— the recovery of its verticality and horizontal;
— creating a frame from guides, for example, a metal fastener;
— additional reinforcement for the reliability of the supporting structure;
— cutting of drywall sheets, in accordance with the required dimensions;
— fastening using nails or screws.
This sequence of actions will allow the partition from drywall, which basically has a strong and reliable frame. If necessary, an additional noise insulation process is performed. For this, special plates are laid inside the partitions that allow you to absorb the penetrating sound.
And when working with drywall, to create certain niches on the surface of the ceiling, the technology of fastening drywall is often used, using a ceiling profile for drywall.
Creating a frame for fixing drywall
This process involves the initial arrangement of vertical racks obtained from a metal profile or wooden bar. The arrangement of these elements is performed with a certain step, in order to subsequently be able to fix the drywall sheets using self -tapping screws or nails.
In the process of setting vertical racks, it is necessary to check the verticality of each of them. And then the reinforcement process is performed, using horizontal racks, which give additional rigidity to the entire constructed frame.
After creating the frame, it will be better if you perform a technical drawing, with a clear arrangement of vertical and horizontal elements. This is especially true if the wiring is carried out in the partition, which is laid at separately selected racks. This is necessary in order not to damage it in the process of attaching drywall sheets.
Fasteners to the main frame
Basics and screws are mainly used. In the case of a metal frame, of course, only screws are used, and with the presence of a frame from wooden bars, preference is given to nails.
Self -tapping screws
This is a specific variety of modern screws. Their use does not require the preliminary process of prepared holes in the self -connected frame racks.

Nails
