But still, despite this, today not everyone has a clear idea of a corporate culture and why it is needed. In some companies, it develops in a spontaneous way, in some consciously and purposefully and even there are special departments for working with personnel, whose duties include maintaining this culture. The purpose of such departments is clear, they are created to increase labor productivity, as well as employees’ loyalty to the company. For example, the responsibility of such a department includes the organization of New Year’s holidays, which is an obligatory event for any company where employees are respected and appreciated, as well as with concern about their moral spirit. The presence of this system allows you to create a holistic vector by which the company is moving and the skills of its employees are developing. A properly built corporate culture improves not only internal communication, but also provides employees loyalty to management, which is also an important factor in doing business. The organization of the holidays of which prices can very often confuse the head, should take place in strict accordance with the business planned for the year — the plan where the costs of this paragraph should be taken into account. Despite the fact that corporate culture has a positive effect on the whole process of labor, not all modern company relate to this issue properly. According to sociological surveys, only 15% of domestic companies pay due attention to this issue. A real leader should know and be able to correctly use all available resources, including labor resources, which include labor and person in particular.
