Vitebsk brick was purchased to implement this project (1000 pcs.), a metal bath stove of domestic production, clay (200 kg) and sand (1 m3).
The base of the furnace was a concrete slab on stilts. The difficulty at the beginning of the work was the location of the furnace unit so as to hide, and not emphasize the shortcomings of a complicated log house of a rather arbitrary shape.
After three rows of masonry, a ash door of a heating furnace and a metal stove was installed. At the same time, the removed door of the heel was placed instead of the furnace for a heating furnace. Have not forgotten about fire events. In places of contact with wooden structures, cuts were released. And the heating furnace itself was «pushed» from the wall of the house by 25 cm.
