The Central Tokyo contains a large wholesale market, which is called — the central wholesale market of Tsukuki. Among the more than a dozen wholesale markets Tokyo Tsukyki are the most famous.
Here they sell fish, meat, fruits, vegetables, flowers. But most of all, the Zuciji market is famous for its seafood. It is known as one of the largest fish markets in the world, whose turnover is over 2000 tons of seafood per day!
It is best to go to the market in the early morning, until 9 o’clock, when there is still no big crowd of people. A visit to the Tsukiji market should be combined with breakfast of land in one of the restaurants located here. Most of them open at about five in the morning and close for about noon.
It is best to get to the Tsukyki market from the ZucykiSisizo station along the Oedo metro line or from the Zucyki station along the Khibia metro line.
There is a large manufacturing market Amaeo in Tokyo, located between the Okatimati and Weno stations. Here you can buy relatively cheap diverse products, such as linen, bags, cosmetics, as well as fresh fish, different food semi -finished products and spices.
Stores Street can be called Kappabashi Street, where they sell everything except fresh food.
