The sequence of actions
For work, prepare the boards (30 mm), insulation, steam tape, strong thread, nails and hammer.
First, install the draft ceiling. We nail the board 30 mm thick to the transverse main groove beams. This refers to the top floor. It is better to lay the insulation on top, and not pour it from below. Do not forget, when warming the inter -story floor, you will need a partner.
Now we bother the black ceiling with a steam -tank film, making the sheets in the overlap for 100 mm. The film will protect the insulation from fumes. When fastening a steam -tank film, fix the insulation using a stretch thread. It is attached zigzag to nails, which are driven into beams and rafters.
Then roll the insulation between the transverse beams of the slab. Mount all in the case, this means that the width of the insulation should be 2 cm more than the installation site, and the thickness of at least 100 mm.
Fasten the steam tank on top of the insulation, thereby securing it from moisture penetration, otherwise the effectiveness of the material decreases.
